To calculate when you conceived you will need to know the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). Once you know the date of the first day of your last menstrual period, it is likely that you conceived somewhere in the 2-week period following that date. Adding 9 months to that will give you an idea of the month you will likely have your baby.

You can use our pregnancy calculator to help you calculate your dates. We always recommend consulting your gynecologist or family doctor should you be unsure.
